Lifeguard - Porto Carras

SWOT Hospitality Management Company is looking for a qualified and dedicated Lifeguard to join our team at the prestigious Porto Carras, located in the beautiful Halkidiki region of Greece. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring the safety of our guests as they enjoy our luxurious pool and beachfront facilities.

Your primary responsibility will be to monitor swimming areas and respond to emergencies promptly, creating a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor guests in and around the pool and beach areas to ensure their safety.
• Promptly respond to any emergencies or incidents and administer first aid as necessary.
• Enforce safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
• Keep the pool and beach areas clean and well-maintained.
• Provide exceptional guest service and assist with any inquiries or needs.

Requirements:
• Current lifeguard certification.
• Experience as a lifeguard in a resort or hotel environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions in emergency situations.
