About the Role
We're looking for a resourceful and detail-oriented Lifecycle Marketer to join our fast-paced e-commerce team. In this hands-on role, you’ll own our email and SMS marketing via Klaviyo and manage Shopify operations across three distinct storefronts (DTC, wholesale, and affiliate). If you’re a strong multitasker with a solid foundation in digital marketing and a love for optimization, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Email & SMS Marketing (Klaviyo):
• Own and optimize campaigns, automations, flows, and transactional messages
• Segment customer journeys (new, VIP, at-risk, repeat, etc.)
• Launch A/B tests to continuously improve performance
• Collaborate with creative teams on templates and messaging
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA)
Shopify Store Operations:
• Manage 3 Shopify storefronts (DTC, B2B, affiliate/team)
• Oversee product uploads, collections, tags, and content updates
• Partner with design/ops teams to deliver a consistent customer experience
• Execute promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandising updates
Customer Journey & Loyalty:
• Map and optimize the full lifecycle from acquisition to retention
• Support the creation of loyalty and/or referral programs
• Identify key moments for messaging across channels
Cross-Functional Coordination:
• Align with design, operations, and CX teams for product drops and tentpole campaigns
• Drive campaign timelines across email, SMS, and Shopify
• Identify process improvement opportunities in lifecycle and e-commerce ops
What You Bring
• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce marketing
• Proven hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Shopify (multi-store is a plus!)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle priorities
• Self-starter attitude and curiosity to learn new tools
• Bonus: B2B e-commerce experience or background in sports/lifestyle brands
