About the Role

Plaud is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Intern to support the User Communications team in executing and optimizing CRM campaigns across onboarding, engagement, retention, and winback journeys.

You will gain hands-on experience in how a fast-growing AI company designs lifecycle systems, runs structured experiments, and uses data to drive user behavior across global markets.

This internship is structured as an apprenticeship program, where you will contribute to live campaigns while developing strong foundations in lifecycle strategy, analytics, and experimentation.

High-performing interns may be considered for full-time conversion based on business needs and individual performance.

What You Will Do

• Support execution of lifecycle campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels

• Perform QA on campaign content, segmentation, personalization, and tracking

• Maintain campaign calendars and organized documentation

• Track and report on key lifecycle metrics (open rate, CTR, CVR, retention, churn)

• Maintain structured reporting templates and dashboards

• Support audience segmentation and analyze engagement trends across lifecycle stages

• Assist in A/B testing, document experiments, and contribute optimization ideas

Skills, qualifications and experience we look for

• Strong learning agility and ability to pick up new tools and workflows quickly

• High attention to detail in execution and data accuracy

• Clear, structured thinking with ability to interpret basic performance data

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured data

• Curiosity about user behavior, funnels, and growth

• Ability to commit full-time or at least 3 days/week for a minimum of 3 months
