Your Purpose

As part of the CLM team at Bitso, you will manage lifecycle marketing campaigns end-to-end and help our stakeholders translate business goals into engaging, multi-channel communication journeys that drive measurable impact on user activation, engagement, and retention.

Reports To

This position reports to the Lifecycle Marketing Manager.

Who You Are

Failure to meet any of the following required qualifications could result in an automatic rejection.

• Proven English fluency.

• 2-4 years of experience in customer lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, or a related growth-focused role.

• Hands-on experience with a major marketing automation platform (Clevertap, Braze, etc.)

• Balances execution requirements with strategic analysis.

• Analytical skills, including SQL querying.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

What You Will Do

• Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle journeys across multiple channels to drive measurable growth in user activation, feature adoption, and long-term retention.

• Manage the technical configuration of our marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Clevertap), including the launch of new event-triggers and user properties to ensure seamless campaign execution.

• Leverage SQL to extract and analyze customer data, monitoring channel health and identifying behavioral patterns that inform highly personalized communication strategies.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Data Science teams to ensure operational excellence and flawless alignment.
