We are seeking a dynamic attorney for an associate position who has three to five years of post-JD experience with an advanced Life Sciences degree. A Ph.D. is strongly preferred. An intellectual property practice offers a broad platform and includes: patent prosecution, interference, and reexam proceedings, and strategic IP advice. The core IP practice has a strong focus on prosecution and advice related to worldwide pursuit of IP rights. The IP practice also works closely with the IP Litigation group in IP litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels, including international arbitrations and ITC proceedings.

• Ph.D. is stronly preferred.
• Three to five years minimum experience post JD experience
