Lider Sr Governanca Controle

Country: Brazil

Objetivo da posição:
Responsável pela gestão da equipe da corretora e produtos de investimentos, assegurando o cumprimento das normas regulatórias aplicáveis (CVM, BSM, ANBIMA e demais órgãos reguladores), bem como pela supervisão das rotinas operacionais e de monitoramento.

Aqui seu papel será:

• Gestão direta da equipe (acompanhamento de performance, desenvolvimento e feedback contínuo);
• Supervisão das atividades de monitoria e controles internos;
• Garantir aderência às normas regulatórias e políticas internas;
• Atendimento a auditorias internas e externas - principalmente auditoria da BSM
• Interação com áreas internas
• Acompanhamento de indicadores operacionais e regulatórios;
• Atuação preventiva na mitigação de riscos operacionais e regulatórios.
• Garantir a execução de atividades de monitoramento e melhoria dos processos, constantes.

• Conhecimento sólido em regulamentação aplicável ao mercado de capitais;
• Vivência com gestão de equipes;
