AECOM busca un Lider de Proyecto MEP para Data Center en Querétaro

Las responsabilidades de este puesto incluyen, entre otras:

• Realiza diversas responsabilidades para un grupo o departamento técnico específico.
• Tiene plena responsabilidad de interpretar, organizar, ejecutar y coordinar tareas técnicas.
• Generalmente requiere conocimientos multidisciplinarios de ingeniería.
• Planifica y desarrolla tareas de ingeniería relacionadas con problemas únicos o controvertidos. Esto implica la exploración del área temática, la definición del alcance y la selección de problemas para la investigación y el desarrollo de conceptos y enfoques novedosos.
• Mantiene enlace con unidades dentro de la organización e individuos dentro y fuera de la organización.
• Responsable de actuar con independencia en asuntos técnicos propios del campo. El trabajo a este nivel generalmente requiere una amplia experiencia progresiva.
• Trabaja bajo supervisión mínima. La supervisión recibida es esencialmente administrativa con asignaciones dadas en términos de amplios objetivos y límites generales.
• Supervisa grupo de ingenieros y/o técnicos, coordinando las actividades de la unidad.
• Elaboracion de reportes periodicos a nivel tecnico y ejecutivo.

 

 

Requisitos mínimos:

• Ing. Mecánico o Electromecánio o afín con + 6 años de experiencia

Requisitos preferentes:

• Experiencia en proyectos de gran escala
• Experiencia en la parte de MEP e instalaciones especiales
• Proyectos de infraestructura y gran escala en la parte mécanica
• Actividades de ingeniería, diseño y modificación relacionadas con equipos mecánicos, recipientes y tanques y sistemas de tuberías, incluidas las especificaciones y adquisiciones de equipos y tuberías.
• Participación en el soporte de instalación, operación y mantenimiento de equipos.
• Disciplina relativa al aire acondicionado, refrigeración, ventilación, combustión, transferencia de calor, energía, potencia, combustibles, propulsión, maquinaria, herramientas, fabricación, fluidos, plomería, sistemas y dispositivos de extinción de incendios, suministros de agua y sistemas de bombeo para protección contra incendios.
