As a Coordinator on the Licensing Operations team, you will help Justworks fulfill its PEO (Professional Employer Organization) licensing obligations by compiling and remitting information to federal and state agencies. You’ll assemble high-quality reports independently and work across teams to resolve issues while aiming to maximize efficiency.

Your Success Profile

What You Will Work On

• Prepare and remit timely and accurate reports to government agencies, including, but not limited to, new and terminated customer reporting

• Coordinate with other teams to ensure all renewals are completed and signed by the appropriate parties

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to adapt and implement new workflows for the updated requirements

• Assist senior team members with developing and maintaining process documentation

• Work cross functionally to assist with identifying knowledge or system gaps

• Process incoming mail for the team

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 year of work experience

• Effective communicator, verbally and in writing

• Meticulous and detail-oriented

• Process-driven and quick to adapt to process changes

• Technologically savvy; comfortable using a variety of systems and software programs

• Notary public certified

• Proficient with MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and/or SQL (preferred)

The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $28.85 to $31.74 per hour.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
