Licensing Coordinator

Mob Entertainment is a startup multimedia studio that is best known for our hit indie horror game "Poppy Playtime". This franchise is one of the hottest new properties in gaming, and our team is naturally expanding as our ambition expands. To give a taste of our brand's popularity, more than 100 billion YouTube views of Poppy Playtime related content have occured since the game's launch 4 years ago.

The Licensing Coordinator will help Mob Entertainment in many areas of Business Development, Licensing, Legal and HR.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide communication on approval system (Flowhaven)

• Communicate with groups in multiple regions including organizing meetings, capturing notes and ensuring follow-up items are complete

• Help organize areas within the business team to better enhance productivity

• Contribute to presentations, sales materials and business updates

• Utilize project management skills to ensure progress is made and deadlines are met

• Ensure royalty reports, forecasts are received

• Liaise with Brand Development on production and contractual sample

• Support Brand Development to ensure assets are updated on central systems, and licensees are informed

• Oversee the asset management requirements for Brand Development across internal divisions

• Review general consumer products email box and identify potential business opportunities for the team.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Interest in video games and passion for bringing high quality merchandise and experiences to Poppy Playtime fans around the world

• Bachelor's degree or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience

• 2 + years of work experience or equivalent internships preferred – experience with ecommerce a plus

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and another language is preferred, Japanese would be a plus.

• Team player mindset – resourceful and resilient when faced with challenges

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and presentation skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment balancing a high volume of daily tasks and larger projects in various stages

• Ability to adjust work hours on occasion to accommodate meeting participants in multiple time zones

• Experience tracking and meeting deadlines

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
