Kerrville, TX | Full-Time | Days, Evenings, and Nights

Base Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour (Experience-Based)

Shift Differentials: +$2.25 Weeknights | +$3.25 Weekend Days | +$4.75 Weekend Nights

Overview

We’re looking for a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join a collaborative nursing team providing 24-hour medical care in a therapeutic residential environment.

You’ll contribute to safe detoxification, ongoing medical stabilization, and patient education that supports lifelong recovery.

This role offers the chance to work closely with experienced RNs, physicians, and counselors in a calm, supportive environment that values empathy and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under the direction of an RN or physician.

• Administer medications, monitor patient response, and document care accurately.

• Assist with vital signs, assessments, and withdrawal management.

• Support admissions and discharges with thorough charting and communication.

• Educate patients about medications, nutrition, and healthy living habits.

• Promote an environment of respect, confidentiality, and hope.

• Current Texas LVN license in good standing

• 1+ year nursing experience preferred (behavioral health or med-surg)

• BLS certification required

• Strong organizational, teamwork, and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits
