Licensed Residential Service Plumber, Plumbing Repairs & Installations

We’re looking for an experienced Licensed Plumber to support residential service operations throughout Milford, Connecticut and nearby communities. This role focuses on diagnosing plumbing issues, completing repairs, and performing installations for homeowners while maintaining strong service standards and safety practices.

The ideal candidate has hands-on residential plumbing experience and enjoys working directly with customers to resolve plumbing and heating system issues. This position involves traveling to residential service calls, evaluating plumbing systems, completing repairs efficiently, and communicating recommended solutions clearly to homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Respond to scheduled residential plumbing service calls and troubleshoot system issues
• Inspect plumbing systems to identify leaks, blockages, fixture failures, and equipment problems
• Perform repairs, replacements, and installations for residential plumbing and heating systems
• Diagnose piping and mechanical issues and implement effective repair solutions
• Maintain service vehicles, tools, and parts inventory required for field service work
• Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding repair findings and recommended solutions
• Follow safety procedures, licensing regulations, and plumbing industry best practices
• Maintain accurate service documentation and job records
• Participate in training programs to expand technical knowledge and service skills
• Assist team operations with additional field tasks when required

Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of residential plumbing experience or similar trade experience
• Active Licensed Plumber certification required
• EPA certification is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving abilities
• Ability to diagnose plumbing system issues quickly and complete repairs efficiently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
