Licensed Professional Counselor | Full-Time Telehealth Position
Location: Michigan
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor to join a growing telehealth team serving clients across Michigan. The LPC in this position will meet with clients virtually, identify treatment needs, guide therapeutic conversations, and document progress with accuracy and consistency. The work is direct, client-facing, and centered on helping people improve daily functioning, emotional health, and long-term coping skills.
Responsibilities
• Deliver virtual counseling sessions to adults, adolescents, or families as assigned
• Conduct intake evaluations and gather relevant clinical history
• Create individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
• Track client response to treatment and update plans accordingly
• Complete progress notes, assessments, and related records on time
• Provide crisis support and risk assessment when necessary
• Maintain professional communication with clients and internal care teams
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
• Active Michigan LPC license in good standing
• At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical counseling experience preferred
• Experience with telehealth or outpatient mental health services is a plus
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and documentation skills
