Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are recruiting a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a remote full-time position based in South Dakota. This role involves providing virtual counseling services, identifying treatment needs, helping clients set goals, and offering ongoing support through regular sessions. It is ideal for a licensed clinician who wants a dependable weekday schedule and the opportunity to help clients through accessible online care.
Responsibilities:
• Provide remote counseling services using a secure telehealth platform
• Conduct initial assessments and review client history
• Create and manage individualized treatment plans
• Lead ongoing therapy sessions and support client progress
• Complete documentation in line with internal and regulatory standards
• Recognize changes in client condition and respond appropriately
• Collaborate with other professionals when care coordination is needed
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
• Active LPC license in Arkansas
• Experience providing counseling services in a clinical or telehealth setting
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
