Salary: $115,000-$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide virtual counseling services for clients in New Jersey. This position focuses on helping clients understand their challenges, build coping strategies, and work toward realistic mental health goals. You will provide consistent care through scheduled telehealth appointments while maintaining clear records and a professional client experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with individuals
• Complete intake evaluations and clinical assessments
• Create treatment plans that match client needs and goals
• Track client progress and adjust care plans when appropriate
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Requirements:
• Active Licensed Professional Counselor license in New Jersey
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field
• Experience providing therapy or counseling services
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Comfortable using telehealth tools and electronic health records
• Ability to work independently in a remote clinical setting
