We are seeking licensed clinicians who are confident in their clinical skills, committed to evidence-based practice, and ready to contribute to a mission-driven organization focused on improving the health and well-being of our community.

DESCRIPTION:

The Outpatient Behavioral Health Therapist will be a core member of the Outpatient Behavioral Health (OBH) team. The licensed clinician will provide therapy using evidence-based treatments for adults, children, and families, developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team.

You will work in an outpatient, clinic-based environment — with no after-hours on call, weekends, or major holiday shifts — allowing you to focus on what truly matters: providing quality care and achieving work-life balance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate degree (master's or doctorate) from a
counseling program approved by CACREP or CORE; a program at an institution of higher learning accredited by a regional accrediting agency; or a foreign program that has been evaluated by a credentialing body recognized by the Board.

Current and active Oregon licensure as an LPC (required)

Demonstrated skill in providing behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning

Commitment to compassionate, culturally responsive care

SCHEDULE:

Choice of 4 x 10-hour shifts or 5 x 8-hour shifts

Days only, Monday through Friday

No weekends or on-call requirements
