Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Missouri Licensed Professional Counselor for a full-time telehealth position. This role involves meeting with clients, understanding their concerns, guiding treatment, and helping them take steady steps toward better emotional and behavioral health. You will have a structured weekday schedule and the ability to provide care remotely while staying connected to clients’ needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual counseling sessions for clients in Missouri
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Support clients with mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and adjustment challenges
• Use appropriate counseling approaches based on client needs
• Track progress and update treatment goals when needed
• Maintain privacy, professionalism, and clinical compliance in all services

Requirements:
• Active Missouri Licensed Professional Counselor license in good standing
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
• Experience providing therapy or counseling services
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
