Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor to join a remote care team serving clients throughout Tennessee. The LPC in this role will provide therapy, guide clients through treatment goals, and help them make progress in areas affecting their mental and emotional well-being. This is a full-time position for a clinician who values focused client care, dependable hours, and a professional telehealth environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually for scheduled counseling sessions
• Complete assessments and gather relevant clinical history
• Build treatment plans that reflect client goals and presenting concerns
• Support clients with coping skills, emotional regulation, communication, and life changes
• Record session notes and clinical updates in a timely manner
• Maintain compliance with licensing rules and care standards

Requirements:
• Active Licensed Professional Counselor license in Tennessee
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field
• Experience providing therapy or counseling services
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic records
• Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote clinical setting
