Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Location: West Virginia
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
This full-time telehealth role is for an LPC who can help clients work through mental health challenges in a structured and professional online setting. Day to day, you will meet with clients virtually, document sessions, track treatment progress, and support them with practical clinical care. The work is centered on steady client engagement, sound judgment, and reliable follow-through.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with assigned clients
• Perform intake assessments and gather clinical history
• Create individualized treatment goals and review them regularly
• Document sessions, progress notes, and care updates in the system
• Support crisis assessment and safety planning when appropriate
• Maintain regular attendance and schedule consistency
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
• Active West Virginia LPC license in good standing
• Experience providing mental health counseling to adults, adolescents, or families
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Comfortable using EHR systems and telehealth technology
• Knowledge of HIPAA, documentation standards, and ethical practice
