Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) – Full-Time
Location: Colorado
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
This role is ideal for an LPC who wants to provide structured therapy in a virtual setting. You will work directly with clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life adjustment issues. Day to day, you will assess symptoms, support treatment progress, maintain clinical documentation, and deliver counseling that helps clients function more effectively in daily life.
Responsibilities
• Provide scheduled telehealth therapy appointments
• Review client concerns, symptoms, and treatment history
• Develop goal-based care plans and update them as treatment moves forward
• Document services in line with clinical and legal standards
• Use evidence-based approaches during therapy sessions
• Identify safety concerns and take appropriate action when necessary
• Support clients with strategies for emotional regulation and behavior change
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related behavioral health field
• Active LPC license in Colorado
• Solid understanding of assessment, treatment planning, and case documentation
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
• Comfort with video-based care and electronic record systems
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
