Location: Texas
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to support clients through remote mental health services. As an LPC, you will provide therapy for individuals managing anxiety, depression, life stress, relationship concerns, trauma-related symptoms, and other behavioral health needs.
Your day-to-day work will focus on helping clients understand their challenges, set realistic goals, and take practical steps toward improved emotional well-being. This is a full-time remote role with a consistent weekday schedule and the ability to provide care from a private home office.
Responsibilities
• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with assigned clients
• Complete intake assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations
• Build treatment plans that reflect client needs and goals
• Provide counseling using appropriate therapeutic methods
• Keep client records organized and up to date
• Track progress and make changes to care plans as needed
Requirements:
• Active Licensed Professional Counselor license in Texas
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Experience providing therapy to adults, families, or individuals
• Strong understanding of clinical assessment and treatment planning
