Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide virtual therapy and mental health support to clients across Texas. In this role, you will assess client needs, create treatment plans, lead counseling sessions, and help individuals work through emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns. This position is a strong fit for a counselor who values structured clinical work, consistent scheduling, and the ability to build meaningful client relationships through telehealth.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platform
• Complete psychosocial assessments and intake evaluations
• Develop and update treatment plans based on client progress
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Monitor client symptoms, goals, and response to treatment
• Use evidence-based counseling methods appropriate to each case

Requirements:
• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Oklahoma
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic health records
• Clear communication and sound professional judgment
