Job Summary
As a Texas-based Remote Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work with clients through scheduled online therapy sessions. You will help clients understand their concerns, set practical treatment goals, and work toward healthier coping patterns over time. This role includes assessment, counseling, treatment planning, documentation, and ongoing progress review. It offers a structured full-time schedule for an LPC who wants to provide meaningful therapy services from a remote setting.
Location: Texas
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Responsibilities
• Provide scheduled telehealth counseling sessions to clients
• Complete clinical intakes, assessments, and treatment plans
• Help clients address emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns
• Use appropriate counseling techniques based on client goals and clinical presentation
• Maintain complete and timely documentation for each session
• Review client progress and update care plans as needed
Requirements:
• Active Licensed Professional Counselor license in Texas
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or a related behavioral health field
• Previous clinical counseling experience required
• Telehealth experience preferred, but not required
• Strong documentation and time management skills
