Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide therapy services in a structured telehealth setting. This position focuses on helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and other mental health concerns through regular counseling sessions and goal-based treatment plans. The role combines direct client care, clinical judgment, and careful documentation, making it a strong fit for a counselor who values steady workflow and effective treatment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote counseling sessions using secure telehealth tools
• Complete mental health assessments and intake evaluations
• Create, monitor, and update treatment plans
• Document client interactions and clinical progress in a timely manner
• Teach coping tools and support clients through treatment goals
• Identify clinical concerns that may require additional intervention
• Maintain compliance with professional and ethical standards

Requirements:
• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
• Experience providing therapy to adults, teens, or diverse client populations
• Strong clinical assessment and case documentation skills
• Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic records
