Location: Texas
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary
A growing telehealth team is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a full-time virtual therapy position. This role involves helping clients work through mental health challenges by providing assessment, counseling, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical support. You will play a direct part in helping clients make progress while managing documentation and maintaining professional standards in an online care setting.
Responsibilities
• Meet with clients through scheduled video sessions
• Evaluate presenting concerns and gather clinical background information
• Build treatment plans that match each client’s goals and needs
• Provide ongoing counseling and therapeutic guidance
• Track progress and document each session accurately
• Use evidence-based methods to support emotional and behavioral health
• Respond appropriately to urgent or high-risk situations
Requirements:
• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
• Experience providing therapy to adults, teens, or diverse client populations
• Strong clinical assessment and case documentation skills
• Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic records
