The Role
We’re looking for a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who’s excited to be part of a team that truly makes a difference. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support patients and providers through direct patient care, medication administration, care coordination, and clinical support in both medical and behavioral health settings.
What You’ll Do
Perform patient intake, obtain vitals, and assist with patient assessments
Administer medications, vaccines, and injections within scope of practice
Assist with IM/IV ketamine appointments and patient monitoring
Support providers with in-office procedures including joint injections, trigger point therapy, wound care, and more
Coordinate care plans and communicate with patients regarding treatment and follow-up needs
Assist with medication prior authorizations, lab orders, and imaging requests
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
Ensure patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Collaborate closely with providers and clinical staff to create a supportive patient experience
Help maintain a positive, team-oriented clinic environment
What We’re Looking For
Current Colorado LPN license in good standing
Current BLS certification (required)
At least 1 year of clinical experience in a medical, psychiatric, or addiction medicine setting preferred
Experience with ketamine therapy or TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) is a plus, but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
Compassionate, reliable, and eager to learn
Comfortable working with diverse patient populations in both medical and behavioral health settings
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with an hour lunch, 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM)
