Pay Range: $28.75 – $35.75 per hour (Final offer will be determined based on your skills, experience, and professional background.)

What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care to residents according to care plans and physician orders

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

• Monitor residents’ health status and promptly report changes

• Document care provided and maintained accurate clinical records

• Collaborate with the care team, residents, and families to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care

• Uphold infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards.

• Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking for

• Current LPN license in the state of Maryland

• 1 - 2 years of LPN experience

• Passion for providing compassionate, resident-focused care

• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude

• Commitment to maintaining a professional, respectful environment
