Job Description

Profound Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing is an installer of heating, ventilation and plumbing systems located in Corbeil and servicing the Nipissing district in mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in new house construction and home renovations.

We are searching for a qualified and licensed Plumber to join the team.

As a Plumber you will be designing and installing plumbing in newly constructed houses and commercial buildings. In this role you will be responsible for:

Diagnosing, installing and repairing plumbing fixtures and water drainage systems.

Ensure that local and provincial safety regulations are met.

Develop a layout of a plumbing system in a new home or during a home renovation.

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.

Read and interpret blueprints to assess or plan plumbing installations and layouts.

Assemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings using hand or power tools.

Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems.

Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, electricians, and other professionals on job sites.

Respond to plumbing emergencies such as leaks or clogs promptly.

Qualifications, skills and experience:

Must have at least 4 years experience with plumbing.

The ability to work efficiently and effectively independently and co-operatively within a team environment, completing installation, maintenance work and commissioning of plumbing elements in compliance with safety regulations, policies and procedures.

Valid G license with a clean driving record.

306A license in plumbing

A background in new construction and home development is an asset.
