Duties
Conduct thorough clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations using ICD-10 coding standards to determine client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA).
Implement crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols to support clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies or trauma-related issues like PTSD.
Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation and accurate medical records while ensuring confidentiality and privacy of patient information.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate case management efforts for inpatient, outpatient, or community-based clients.
Qualifications
Must hold an active Maryland license: LCPC, LCSW-C, LMFT, LCADC, LMSW, LGPC (supervision available for LMSW/LGPC) Required
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in mental health (preferred)

Strong clinical and documentation skills
Strong background working with children, adolescents, adults or geriatrics with a serious emotional disturbance, serious persistant mental health illness, and/or substance abuse disorder.
Knowledge of ICD-9/ICD-10 coding systems for diagnostic evaluation and medical documentation purposes.
