Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)

Location: El Cerrito, CA

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $110,000–$125,000 per year, plus health insurance and full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Role Description

This position supports community-based mental health services through direct therapy, assessment, and coordinated care. The role offers consistency, structure, and the opportunity to focus fully on clinical work within a supportive clinic framework.

Primary Duties

• Provide outpatient therapy services to assigned clients
• Complete intakes, assessments, and clinical documentation
• Track treatment progress and outcomes
• Collaborate with care teams and referral partners
• Participate in ongoing clinical meetings and reviews

Requirements:
• Active California mental health license (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW)
• Master’s degree in a mental health-related field
• Experience in clinic or outpatient behavioral health settings
• Strong organizational and clinical judgment skills
