Location: Colorado
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Overview

This Licensed Mental Health Therapist role supports clients through scheduled telehealth sessions focused on goal-oriented therapy. You’ll work within a supportive clinical model that prioritizes ethical care, clear expectations, and reliable scheduling. Ideal for clinicians seeking long-term stability in a remote setting.

Core Duties

• Provide ongoing virtual therapy sessions
• Create and update individualized treatment plans
• Document sessions in accordance with clinical standards
• Maintain client confidentiality and compliance
• Communicate effectively with internal clinical teams

Requirements:
• Active mental health license in Colorado (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW)
• Master’s degree in a mental health-related field
• Experience delivering therapy services
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
