Beyond Expectation, a multifaceted mental health practice, provides a combination of psychiatric and psychological services in the Las Vegas valley. We are seeking independently licensed psychological practitioners; either as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Psychologist (LP). to provide psychotherapy for our Las Vegas community in a non-discriminatory and culturally competent manner.

Individual (children, adolescent, and adults) Psychotherapy

Psychological Assessment and Testing

Marriage and Family Therapy

Christian Counseling

Crisis Incident Response Intervention

Psychiatric Evaluations & Medication Management

Alcohol and Other Drug Treatment Interventions/Counseling

Forensic Evaluations & Court Mandated Offender Treatments

DMV substance abuse assessments for driver license appeal

Groups, Seminars and Workshops

Job Requirements:

Must be licensed to practice independently; either as an LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, or LP

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

In addition:

Excellent written and oral communication skills (writing sample will be required). **

Ability to communicate and work effectively with a diverse group of clients, staff, and community members.

Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills.

Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

Leadership and Conflict Management skills.

Demonstration of personal and financial integrity in the workplace.

Ability to work independently and within a team.
