Your Role at Cyti:

Deliver in-person therapy for individuals, children (ages 5+), couples, and families.

Conduct clinical assessments and create collaborative, effective treatment plans.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EHR.

Participate in optional peer support groups and training sessions.

What You’ll Bring:

Active California license: LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist (PsyD/PhD)

Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field

Experience working with children is required

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and empathy

Willingness to work fully in-office at our Riverside location, Monday to Friday. 

Compensation & Benefits:

Annual Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 (based on experience)
