Position Overview
We are seeking Licensed Mental Health Professionals to join our team as independent contractors (1099). This is a fully remote opportunity with the potential to build a consistent, long-term caseload and transition into expanded or full-time opportunities over time.
You bring the clinical expertise — we handle the referrals, systems, and administrative support.

What You’ll Do
Provide virtual counseling services (individual, couples, family, teen, and group sessions as applicable)
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based care
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards
Collaborate with a supportive clinical and administrative team
Build your caseload with consistent referrals, typically within 30–90 days after credentialing
Who We’re Looking For
Active, unrestricted license as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Mental Health professional equivalent
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Minimum 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience (telehealth experience a plus)
Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and communication skills
Comfortable working with technology and HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms
Passion for providing quality, client-centered care
