Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Indiana

You will support clients managing anxiety, mood disorders, and life stressors while contributing to clinical oversight through supervision and case guidance. Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
• Complete clinical assessments and treatment planning
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Supervise associate-level clinicians as assigned
• Review cases for quality and regulatory alignment
• Adjust treatment approaches based on client progress

Requirements:
• Active Indiana LMHC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related discipline
• Experience providing outpatient mental health therapy
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
