About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, licensed mental health professional to serve in a Clinical Supervision & Support role, providing oversight, guidance, and documentation review for provisional and non-licensed staff.
This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys mentoring, supporting clinical growth, and ensuring strong documentation and compliance — without having to carry a caseload.
Key Responsibilities
Review clinical notes and documentation for assigned staff on an ongoing, daily basis
Provide individual supervision to assigned supervisees (approximately 1 hour per month per staff member)
Be available for consultation and clinical guidance related to documentation, treatment planning, and general clinical questions
Support quality assurance, documentation standards, and best practices
Work collaboratively with the Clinical Director / Compliance Officer
Maintain timely communication and documentation related to supervision activities
This role serves as an internal company supervisor for clinical support, documentation review, and consultation purposes only. It does not function as a board-approved clinical supervisor with the state for licensure or official supervision hours.
Schedule & Flexibility
Highly flexible schedule
Supervision sessions may be conducted in the afternoons, evenings, or weekends, based on coordination with assigned staff
Documentation review is expected to be completed consistently and timely throughout the week
Time Commitment
Approximately 10 hours per week
Potential for up to 15 hours per week, based on organizational need and availability
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT )
Strong understanding of clinical documentation, compliance, and quality standards
Experience supervising provisional or pre-licensed clinicians preferred
Organized, responsive, and comfortable working independently
Ability to collaborate effectively within a leadership and compliance structure
