Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time remote role serving clients throughout Oklahoma.
This position centers on providing therapy that helps clients address real-life issues in their relationships, families, and personal well-being. You will meet with clients virtually, identify treatment needs, document progress, and provide ongoing support using sound clinical judgment and proven therapeutic methods. This is a strong opportunity for therapists who want consistency, autonomy, and meaningful client interaction in a remote setting.
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
• Provide telehealth counseling to individuals, couples, and families
• Evaluate client needs through intake and ongoing assessment
• Develop treatment plans based on presenting concerns and goals
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation
• Deliver therapy using evidence-based clinical approaches
• Help clients improve communication, coping skills, and relationship functioning
• Coordinate with internal or external providers when needed
Requirements:
• Active LMFT license in Oklahoma
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
• Strong understanding of family systems and relational therapy
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and on time
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
