Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an Illinois Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide remote mental health services to clients navigating personal, relational, and family concerns. In this position, you will help clients identify patterns, strengthen communication, manage stress, and work toward healthier relationships. This is a full-time telehealth opportunity with a consistent weekday schedule and a clear clinical focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide online therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
• Conduct assessments and gather relevant clinical history
• Build treatment plans that match client concerns and goals
• Address family conflict, relationship strain, emotional stress, grief, anxiety, and life transitions
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records
• Review progress regularly and update care plans when appropriate

Requirements:
• Current Illinois LMFT license in good standing
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field
• Previous clinical experience with couples, families, or individual therapy
• Knowledge of family systems, relational therapy, and mental health treatment planning
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong professional judgment and clear written communication
