Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Location: Massachusetts
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time remote role serving clients through telehealth. In this position, you will help individuals, couples, and families work through relationship issues, emotional challenges, communication barriers, and life transitions. Your day-to-day work will focus on providing therapy, creating treatment plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and helping clients make practical progress in their personal and family lives.
Responsibilities:
• Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
• Assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Help clients address relationship concerns, conflict, stress, anxiety, and family dynamics
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
• Follow ethical, legal, and professional standards of practice
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
• Active Massachusetts LMFT license in good standing
• At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Comfortable working in a remote/telehealth setting
