Position Details
Location: Tampa, FL
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide remote therapy services for clients navigating relationship concerns, family stress, communication issues, life transitions, anxiety, and emotional challenges. In this role, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform, complete clinical assessments, create treatment plans, and provide steady therapeutic support. This position is a strong fit for an LMFT who enjoys meaningful client work, organized clinical systems, and the flexibility of a remote care setting.
Responsibilities
• Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
• Complete intake assessments and identify client needs
• Develop treatment plans based on clinical goals and presenting concerns
• Support clients with relationship issues, family conflict, communication challenges, stress, and emotional concerns
• Maintain timely and accurate progress notes
• Use evidence-based approaches appropriate for marriage and family therapy
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed
• Follow ethical, legal, and telehealth practice standards
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Active Florida LMFT license in good standing
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
• Private workspace and reliable internet connection
