Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We’re hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for a full-time remote position supporting clients across South Dakota. As an LMFT, you’ll help clients address relationship stress, family conflict, emotional concerns, parenting challenges, and major life changes. This role is ideal for a clinician who values structured care, clear communication, and the ability to support clients from a secure telehealth setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual therapy services to individuals, couples, and families
• Complete client assessments and establish clear treatment objectives
• Provide counseling focused on family systems, relationships, communication, and emotional wellness
• Track client progress and update care plans as needed
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
• Follow HIPAA, state licensing, and ethical practice requirements
• Communicate professionally with clients and internal support staff

Requirements:
• Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist license in South Dakota
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
• Strong understanding of ethical, legal, and clinical documentation requirements
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
