Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Location: Indiana
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in this remote role, you will help clients manage the real-life issues that affect relationships, household dynamics, and emotional well-being. Your work will include ongoing therapy, clinical assessments, documentation, and goal-based care planning. This position is well suited for someone who likes a steady schedule, clear expectations, and meaningful client interaction throughout the week.
Responsibilities:
• Lead telehealth sessions with individuals, couples, and families
• Complete initial assessments and review presenting concerns
• Develop treatment plans that reflect client goals and clinical needs
• Guide clients through short-term or ongoing therapy support
• Maintain organized and accurate records for each case
• Evaluate progress and update treatment direction when appropriate
• Follow all licensing, privacy, and documentation requirements
Requirements:
• Active LMFT license in Indiana
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload
• Strong written documentation and communication skills
