Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide remote therapy services to clients across South Dakota. In this full-time telehealth role, you will work with individuals, couples, and families through secure virtual sessions, helping clients address relationship concerns, family stress, life transitions, communication challenges, and emotional health needs. This position offers a steady Monday through Friday schedule, full benefits, and the ability to provide meaningful clinical care from a remote setting.

• Location: South Dakota
• Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
• Position Type: Full-Time
• Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
• Complete clinical assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Support clients with relationship concerns, family conflict, stress, anxiety, grief, and life changes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Use secure telehealth platforms in line with privacy and compliance standards
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Follow all ethical, legal, and professional standards for LMFT practice

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Active LMFT license in South Dakota
• Previous clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Comfortable providing care through a remote telehealth platform
• Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
