Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

A full-time remote opportunity is available for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist serving clients in Maryland. In this position, you will provide structured therapy for clients dealing with emotional stress, partner concerns, family transitions, and communication struggles. This role is well-suited for an LMFT who wants steady weekday hours, a telehealth environment, and the chance to provide meaningful care without the demands of an in-office setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with Maryland-based clients
• Support clients through relationship concerns, family changes, anxiety, stress, and conflict
• Complete clinical evaluations and create treatment goals
• Provide therapy using appropriate evidence-based methods
• Document sessions, progress notes, and treatment updates

Requirements:
• Active LMFT license in Maryland
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Experience working with individuals, couples, and families
• Strong understanding of family systems and relational therapy
