Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Location: Maryland
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
This full-time remote opportunity is for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who wants to focus on direct client care in a structured telehealth setting. You will work with clients dealing with family stress, relationship issues, communication problems, emotional concerns, and day-to-day mental health needs. The role requires strong clinical organization, thoughtful treatment planning, and the ability to build trust through virtual care.
Responsibilities:
• Provide therapy through secure telehealth sessions
• Work with individuals, couples, and families on a range of behavioral health concerns
• Complete assessments and establish treatment objectives
• Track client progress and update care plans as clinically appropriate
• Maintain thorough and compliant session documentation
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Active LMFT license in the state of Maryland
• Experience providing therapy to couples, families, and individual clients
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation and treatment planning
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems
• Excellent communication and time management skills
