Position Basics

Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

As an LMFT in this remote position, you will help clients work through real-life concerns such as family conflict, relationship stress, communication breakdowns, anxiety, grief, and major transitions. Your sessions will take place virtually, allowing you to provide structured clinical support from a private remote workspace.

This role is a good fit for a therapist who values clear treatment planning, strong documentation, and practical client support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapy sessions with clients via secure video platform
• Complete clinical assessments and intake documentation
• Build treatment plans that reflect client goals and concerns
• Help clients identify patterns affecting relationships and family functioning
• Provide clinical support for stress, anxiety, grief, conflict, and adjustment concerns
• Maintain accurate notes and records
• Follow ethical and professional standards for LMFT practice
• Manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Active Florida LMFT license in good standing
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
• Private workspace and reliable internet connection
