Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time Remote/Telehealth opportunity serving clients across Oklahoma.
This role focuses on providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families through virtual sessions. You will help clients work through relationship challenges, emotional stress, behavioral concerns, and life transitions while building treatment plans that support steady progress. This is a strong fit for a clinician who values structured workdays, consistent scheduling, and the flexibility of remote care.
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
• Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals as needed
• Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches appropriate to client needs
• Coordinate care with other professionals when necessary
• Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards
Requirements:
• Active LMFT license in Oklahoma
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
• Strong understanding of family systems and relational therapy
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and on time
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
