Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We’re hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide remote therapy services for individuals, couples, and families across Louisiana. In this role, you’ll help clients work through relationship concerns, family conflict, emotional stress, life transitions, and communication challenges. You’ll provide structured, clinically sound support through telehealth sessions while helping clients build healthier patterns in their daily lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
• Assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Support clients working through relationship issues, family concerns, grief, stress, anxiety, and major life changes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans when needed
• Use secure telehealth platforms while following privacy and compliance standards

Requirements:
• Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist license in Louisiana
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
• Strong understanding of ethical, legal, and clinical documentation requirements
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
