Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Location: New Hampshire
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Summary
We’re looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who can help clients better understand the patterns affecting their relationships, home life, and emotional wellbeing. This position involves providing remote therapy, identifying treatment goals, guiding clients through change, and documenting care clearly and accurately. The work is practical, client-facing, and focused on measurable progress over time.
Responsibilities
• Conduct telehealth sessions with individuals, couples, and families
• Identify key relationship and behavioral concerns through assessment
• Build treatment plans that reflect client goals and clinical needs
• Guide clients through problem-solving, communication work, and emotional processing
• Maintain complete and accurate records for every session
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or related mental health field
• Current LMFT license in New Hampshire
• At least 1 year of clinical therapy experience preferred
• Experience working with couples, families, or relationship-centered cases
• Solid understanding of evidence-based therapy approaches
