Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

This remote LMFT role gives you the opportunity to provide therapy to Illinois clients from a structured telehealth setting. You will support people as they work through family conflict, relationship concerns, communication barriers, emotional strain, and major life changes. The work is steady, people-focused, and centered on helping clients build practical tools they can use outside of session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver secure virtual therapy sessions to clients in Illinois
• Provide care for individuals, couples, and families
• Complete intake assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations
• Develop treatment plans that reflect client goals and presenting concerns
• Help clients improve communication, manage stress, and address relationship patterns

Requirements:
• Current Illinois LMFT license in good standing
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field
• Previous clinical experience with couples, families, or individual therapy
• Knowledge of family systems, relational therapy, and mental health treatment planning
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong professional judgment and clear written communication
