Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join a growing Remote/Telehealth team in Oklahoma.
In this position, you will provide online therapy services to clients facing relationship issues, family conflict, anxiety, stress, and other mental health concerns. The work is practical and client-focused, with an emphasis on helping people improve communication, strengthen relationships, and manage everyday challenges through structured treatment and ongoing support.
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
• Deliver telehealth therapy services to individuals, couples, and families
• Complete intake assessments and establish treatment goals
• Provide clinical interventions based on client presentation
• Keep detailed records of sessions, progress, and treatment updates
• Support clients through family, marriage, and relational concerns
• Collaborate with care teams or referral sources when appropriate
• Follow licensing requirements and privacy regulations
Requirements:
• Active LMFT license in Oklahoma
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
• Strong understanding of family systems and relational therapy
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and on time
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
